We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time.We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modify.

How should I do if I want to return a product?
1. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving products.
2. Please send email to us to illustrate the reasons you want to return your products. In the email, please attach the photos of defective products within 48 hours.
3. Your email will be processed by our reviewing department within 2 working days.
4. After investigation, if it is our fault to make the error order, we take the full responsibility and refund you in full.
5. After the final investigation, the product must be shipped back to us within 15 business days(customer assumes the shipping cost). Only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.
Notice: For the returned product, please make sure they are in original condition-intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and clean.
6. If return or exchange problem is caused by yourself, we will not accept return.
